Social Networking Hinders Social Skills

social networking hinders social skills
social networking not such a good move in society?

this is obviously an opinion but i disprove of face book and myspace and even twitter. people tend to spend their days texting and IMing constantly and avoid actual confrontation and to me it isn’t healthy not to the people you already know but to knew comers, sure meeting new people is great but on a computer just isn’t natural its just not possible to hold together a relationship through these sites, we are humans not messengers we need physical interaction to be fully satisfied as a person. i believe unless you actually meet a person you really don’t have much of a bond with them just an aquintence. if your distant or an adult sure go ahead talk up with people there is nothing wrong with it, im just worried about our youth putting these site in front of real people and hindering real social skills.
